As our Hotel Services Manager, you’ll be responsible for the planning, organising, developing and the overall operation of the care home support staff including the Kitchen, Domestic/Laundry and Maintenance teams; ensuring the highest degree of quality resident care is maintained at all times

What you'll be doing
  • Responsible for staffing, scheduling, holiday planning, training, supervising, create rotas to ensure adequate cover across all departments and developing the staff within the 4 department teams; ensuring that all training and competency records for each member is completed.
  • Planning, organising and directing team members to ensure the highest degree of resident and visitor satisfaction. To uphold and promote the highest standards of cleanliness, safety and conduct
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene within the home.
  • Maintain the budget provided for Kitchen, Domestic/Laundry and Maintenance departments.
  • To manage, motivate and develop individuals within the team to enable them to meet current and future team and resident needs
  • Ensuring the highest degree of quality resident care is maintained at all times
