NHS Shetland is seeking a Multi-skilled Generic Support Worker (Ref: 261159) for the Hotel Services department. This full-time, non-clinical role covers cleaning and support services across NHS Shetland sites, contributing to a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for patients and staff.

The role is mainly Monday to Friday with occasional evenings, nights, and weekends. Training is provided, and PVG clearance procedures apply. Driving licence is desirable to cover multiple sites.

Qualifikationen

• Excellent communication skills and flexibility to work under pressure.
• Full driving licence desirable.
• Able to work across multiple Domestic Services areas.
• Comply with Induction Standards and Code of Conduct for Healthcare Support Workers.

Aufgaben

• Deliver essential cleaning and support services across NHS Shetland.

• Work predominantly Monday to Friday with occasional evenings, night and weekend shifts.
• Full training and induction provided with ongoing support from experienced colleagues until fully competent.
