Job summary

Hyatt Regency London Blackfriars is seeking a proactive Security Officer to protect guests, colleagues and property. You will perform frequent patrols, manage access, and respond to incidents in a fast paced five‑star hotel environment in central London.

Applicants should hold an SIA license, have experience in a hotel setting, and be familiar with CCTV and fire safety procedures. The role offers flexible hours and benefits as outlined by Hyatt.

Qualifications

• Must have gained first work experience in a hotel or similar environment.
• SIA Door Supervisor license is required.
• Good working knowledge of firefighting equipment and procedures.
• Familiar with CCTV and relevant computer programs.

Responsibilities

• Carry out frequent patrols of guest floors, public and service areas.
• Ensure doors, rooms and offices are secure and hazard-free.
• Investigate reported or suspected crimes including theft or loss.
• Assist with verification, issue and recovery of ID cards and passes.
• Conduct daily fire patrols and inspect safety equipment.
