A beachfront hotel in Hythe is seeking a Sales Office Manager to lead their sales team and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales management and a proven track record of success. Responsibilities include motivating the team, implementing revenue management best practices, and ensuring exceptional customer service. Competitive salary of up to £33,500 per year. This role is full-time and requires in-person work.
We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Sales Office Manager to lead and motivate the sales office team. This person will be responsible for driving sales and growing the business, developing team members, reporting, reviewing rates and working on and setting up packages to ensure the hotel goes from strength to strength.
This is a demanding role in a very busy hotel. Exceptional customer service is to be delivered at all times ensuring all sales opportunities and future leads are followed through to achieve budgeted targets by maximising revenue at all times.
This role will be reporting directly to the Managing Director.
