Are you dynamic and results-driven? We're seeking a Hotel Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth for our hotel.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue.
2. Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and stakeholders.
3. Identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
4. Manage and guide the sales team, providing training and support.
5. Achieve or exceed sales targets.
6. Collaborate with revenue management to optimize pricing and revenue.
7. Prepare reports on sales performance and market trends.
8. Represent the hotel at trade shows and industry events.
9. Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards.

Ideal Candidate:

• Experience in hotel sales management, preferably in hospitality.
• Proven success in driving revenue and meeting sales targets.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing environments.
• Understanding of revenue management principles.
• Organizational and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
