Job description

Responsibilities:

  1. Ability to cross-sell across multiple Hotels.
  2. Convert business to ensure all revenue potential and targets are achieved.
  3. Liaise closely with clients to establish needs and expectations, maintaining records to develop sales opportunities.
  4. Respond to inquiries and requests in a timely manner.
  5. Perform general office duties to support the Sales & Marketing teams. Prepare sales-related documents throughout the sales process.
  6. Use sales techniques that maximize revenue while nurturing existing guest loyalty to Marriott.
  7. Serve as the point of contact for clients and communicate with them by phone and email, responding to questions and requests.
  8. Ensure follow-up takes place with clients and opportunities are sought for future bookings.

Qualifications:

  1. Previous experience within a sales office or similar environment with good selling skills and understanding of sales processes.
  2. Sales and co-ordination experience within a comparable market, with a proven record of sales achievement.
  3. Good customer development and relationship management skills.
  4. Excellent negotiation skills.
  5. Strong administrative and interpersonal skills.
  6. IT proficient.

Work Schedule and Benefits:

This is a 40 Hour, full-time Monday - Friday hourly paid role of £12.31p/h, plus a quarterly bonus!
