The Hotel Revenue Graduate Programme aims to secure a permanent Revenue Manager position for you upon completion of the 2-year program. The role focuses on optimal pricing and demand management, involving analysis of pick-up reports, market trends, and industry benchmarking.
You will commence the program at an Executive level, gaining experience across all areas of Revenue, with secondments in the Central Team and Meeting & Events. This involves a mix of practical work, on-the-job training, and classroom learning. To support your success, you will be enrolled in the Optimise Revenue Academy, an internal training program designed to deepen your understanding of our business and market for strategic revenue maximization.
Located centrally in Edinburgh, our hotel serves as an ideal base for exploring the city, attending business events, and more. Guests can relax in style before visiting major sights like Edinburgh Castle, Holyrood Park, and the International Conference Centre.
