Job Description:

Role: Hotel Receptionist
Location: Tunbridge Wells
Salary / Rate of pay: Up to £13.85 per hour



Platinum Recruitment is working in partnership with a busy hotel in the Tunbridge Wells area who require an immediate and experienced temporary Hotel Receptionist to join their team starting this week.

What’s involved?

* Checking guests in and out
* Dealing with guest enquiries and resolving customer complaints
* Upselling of upgraded rooms as well as promoting other hotel services
* Coordinate room status updates with the housekeeping department
* Notifying housekeeping of all check-outs, late check-outs, early check-ins and any special requests
* Dealing with postings for room charges, balancing and banking
* Operating the switchboard
* Liaising with all departments on a day-to-day basis



Requirements:

* Previous experience as a Hotel Receptionist (Minimum of 12 months)
* Must have experience with Opera PMS
* IMMEDIATE with no prior commitments, including holidays, and able to commit to 2-4 weeks full-time
