A well-established hotel chain in Central London is seeking a Front Desk / Front of House Hotel Receptionist. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service, handle reservations, manage guest records, and coordinate with various departments. Front Desk / Front of House Hotel Receptionist is required to deliver a consistently high level of customer service at the Reception Desk by dealing with all guests and potential clients in a courteous and efficient manner for a well-established hotel chain based in Central London.
Candidates will need to be available on a Full-Time, Permanent basis.

WORKING HOURS: 40-48 hours per week, morning, evening and/or night shifts including weekends – flexibility is required for both shifts with day/days off on rotation
