Alfa Leisureplex Group has an opportunity for a Hotel Receptionist to join the team at The Regina Hotel, Torquay.

Hotel Receptionist working hours:

As a Hotel Receptionist, you will work 35 - 40 hours per week, including weekends, with an hourly rate of £12.60, regardless of age!

You will report to the Head Receptionist or Hotel Management and be part of the hotel’s central operations, where first impressions matter. Your responsibilities include checking guests in and out, handling inquiries, administrative tasks such as managing rooming lists and processing invoices, and occasionally serving drinks at the bar. This diverse role requires professionalism, empathy, and excellent customer service skills.
