Overview

The Hotel Receptionist is responsible for guest check-in and check-out and respond to a variety of queries both face to face and on the telephone in an efficient, friendly, and professional manner. Our guests will be your priority; you will be approachable, an excellent communicator, and have strong organisational skills. You will enjoy being part of the front office team.

Responsibilities
  • Handle guest check-in and check-out and respond to a variety of queries face to face and on the telephone in an efficient, friendly, and professional manner.
  • Support front office operations as part of a dedicated team, ensuring high-quality guest service and attention to detail.
  • Utilise Opera Cloud for booking and guest information management, and respond to emails promptly.
Qualifications
  • Previous hotel experience using Opera Cloud.
  • Confident with replying to emails and using Microsoft Office, preferably Word and Excel, and internet browsers.
  • Strong communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
