A luxury hotel and spa in Newbury is seeking a Guest Services Coordinator to ensure exceptional service and a smooth guest experience. As the main contact for guests, you'll be responsible for managing the guest services team and enhancing the overall guest journey. Summary of role:
Act as the main point of contact for all guests and ensure that they provide the highest possible service to ensure the ultimate guest satisfaction. To also act as the central point for all knowledge within the hotel and to constantly look for ways to improve the overall guest journey.
