Overview

Answering questions and supporting guests during their stay. A great telephone manner is essential and you'll need to be confident using a computer as you'll be doing some light admin also. As we're one big team, you can also expect to be pulling the odd pint, taking some food orders and turning your hand to whatever's needed to ensure our guests have a great stay. You'll be working at 16 hours a week, which could include a mix of midweek, weekend, early and late shifts for flexibility in your schedule.

As the role can involve serving alcohol, we require candidates to be 18 years of age or older. ibis Styles Gatwick Airport hotel has over 180 bedrooms and welcomes international guests, business travellers, families and people heading off on holiday, so it's a bustling and vibrant hotel. As Receptionist, you'll be key to ensuring that they enjoy a great guest experience during their visit and will want to come back again soon.

Responsibilities

• Provide reception duties, answer questions and support guests during their stay.
• Maintain a confident computer-based workflow for light administrative tasks.
• Support the team with bar service responsibilities such as pulling pints and taking food orders, and assist with other tasks as needed to ensure guests have a great stay.
• Work a 16-hour week with a mix of midweek, weekend, early and late shifts to offer flexibility in scheduling.
• Adhere to age-related requirements when serving alcohol.
