Job description

Alfa Leisureplex Group has an opportunity for a Hotel Receptionist to join the team at The Norfolk Royale Hotel, Bournemouth.

Hotel Receptionist working hours:

28 hours per week, including weekends, with an hourly rate of £12.60, regardless of age.

Hotel Receptionist Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Head Receptionist or Hotel Management, you will be part of the central hub of the hotel operation, where first impressions matter. Your role involves setting the tone for the hotel, delivering a first-class customer experience, checking guests in and out, handling general enquiries, managing administrative tasks such as rooming lists and invoices, and occasionally serving drinks in the bar. The role requires professionalism, empathy, and the ability to handle reception enquiries effectively.
