About the Role

The Loch Ness Drumnadrochit Hotel, located beside the famous Loch Ness Exhibition, is seeking a Receptionist to join its front-of-house team. You will be the first point of contact for guests from around the world, managing reservations and delivering a warm Highland welcome.

Responsibilities
  • Greet and check in guests on arrival, manage check-outs efficiently
  • Handle reservations by phone, email, and in person
  • Provide information about the hotel and local attractions
  • Process payments and maintain accurate records
  • Work closely with housekeeping and food & beverage teams to ensure a seamless guest experience
Requirements
