We're looking for an outgoing, dependable, welcoming Hotel Receptionist to deliver an amazing first impression and ensure our guests want to come back time and again.

We are building our team and need a full-time Hotel Receptionist (officially known as Guest Service Assistants) working 40 hours a week, in return for a competitive salary of up to £26,434 p.a, plus great benefits including a day off for your birthday, hotel discounts, and opportunities for career progression.

We seek someone with hotel reception experience who is open, welcoming, and understands what great customer service looks like — the kind of person you'd like to meet after a long day of travelling! Your responsibilities include checking guests in and out, answering questions, and supporting them during their stay. A great telephone manner is essential, and confidence in using a computer for light admin is required. As part of our team, you'll also be expected to pull the odd pint, take food orders, and assist with whatever is needed to ensure our guests have a memorable stay.

The role involves working 40 hours a week, with a mix of midweek, weekend, early, and late shifts for flexibility. If you have restrictions, we can accommodate them, so don't hesitate to apply. Candidates must be 18 or older, as the role may involve serving alcohol.
