We are looking for an experienced and talented Hotel Receptionist to join our fantastic venue.

The Scotsman is a luxury hotel featuring original architecture, luxurious wood-paneled rooms, a grand marble staircase, and stained glass windows.

The Role:

As Hotel Receptionist, your responsibilities will include:

  • Reporting to the General Manager and collaborating with all departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Accurate data entry into the booking system and processing charges.
  • Handling guest inquiries and complaints professionally.
  • Managing cash, charges, float, and till procedures per company policies.
The Person:

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience in a similar role.
  • A positive 'can do' attitude and team spirit.
  • Availability to work shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • Experience with Opera or similar booking systems is desirable.
