Job summary

ABode Chester is seeking a friendly Receptionist to welcome guests, manage check-in/out, and assist with bookings. The role involves guiding guests on local attractions, dining, and experiences to create memorable visits.

You’ll work closely with colleagues across departments and thrive in a busy, guest-focused environment. Experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred, with a flexible approach to rosters and a strong, welcoming communication style.

SERVICE CHARGE-We pay our team service charge each month! This service charge all goes into one pot, and 100% of that service charge is then shared amongst all the team at the hotel-every penny received is paid out to the team.
