Doubletree by Hilton Dartford Bridge in Dartford is seeking a Public Area Cleaner to join our hospitality team. You will help maintain spotless public areas across the hotel, lobby, fitness centre and corridors, contributing to a welcoming stay for guests.

The role requires previous cleaning experience, attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility to cover early mornings, evenings and weekends is essential in this full-time contract position.

Qualifications

• Previous cleaning experience required.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Strong organisational / time management skills.
• Proactive and self-driven, capable of managing responsibilities independently while maintaining high standards of performance.
• Flexible and willing to work various shifts including early mornings, evenings, or weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness in all public areas of the hotel including lobby, fitness centre, guest laundry, corridors and stairwells.
• Undertake regular deep cleaning tasks.
• Vacuum corridors and stairways.
• Ensure cleaning standards are met in line with company policies and health regulations.
• Change and replenish towels and guest amenities.
• Carry out general guest requests and occasionally turnover rooms when necessary.
