• One year of experience in a similar role.
• Excellent organizational skills with ability to oversee and delegate work.

Responsibilities

• Planning and painting of hotel guest bedrooms, corridors and all public areas.
• Repairing and replacing grouting and silicone.
• Maintain high quality workmanship in a clean manner.
• Liaise with maintenance, housekeeping and management to agree daily schedule.
• Prioritise workloads and adjust to business needs.
• General maintenance work when required.
