Qualifications

• Experience of working as a painter and decorator is essential.
• Knowledge of different types of paints and finishes.
• Health and safety awareness relating to hazardous substances, heights and risk assessments.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out day-to-day painting requests as detailed by the hotel system.
• Complete painting (repair and preventative) for the whole hotel.
• Liaise with Executive Housekeeper to record work and coordinate priorities.
• Work flexibly to suit business levels and ensure safety compliance.
