Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily operations across departments: Front Office, Housekeeping, Reservations, and F&B
  • Maintain exceptional guest relations, addressing concerns promptly and professionally
  • Lead and motivate departmental teams, conduct training, and monitor staff performance
  • Drive profitability and revenue through cost control and operational efficiency
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
  • Collaborate with the Group Management Team to align hotel operations with business goals
  • Oversee reporting on occupancy, revenue, and performance metrics

  • Proven hotel operations management experience in a similar role
  • Strong background in Front Office and Food & Beverage operations is essential
  • Natural leader with strong communication and interpersonal skills
