A luxury hotel group in Northern Ireland is seeking a Senior Hotel Manager to oversee operations at their Ballygally Castle Hotel. You will be responsible for managing staff, maintaining high standards of service, and ensuring profitability. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, previous senior management experience, and a knack for enhancing customer service. We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic person to become part of our talented team at the four-star Ballygally Castle Hotel. Under the inspiring leadership of our General Manager, Scott Weatherup you will support the Hotel Management Team in the effective and efficient running of the Hotel, supporting our teams to deliver an exceptional standard of service to our guests. You will have the opportunity to develop your skills and enjoy the variety offered by a role in hospitality. The successful candidate can expect to work a variety of shifts, 35 hours per week (excluding breaks), five shifts out of seven including weekends. The salary for this full-time position is £33,000 per annum.
