- Working closely with the General Manager, you'll lead the team to exceed guests' expectations by delivering efficient yet relaxed service through your hands-on approach.
- The Operations Manager will oversee a team of strong HODs to ensure the hotel operates at high standards.
- Working a mix of early and late shifts across the week and weekend to suit business needs.
- The successful Operations Manager will drive service and product standards through the F&B outlets.
- A current Hotel Operations Manager or strong HOD with knowledge and experience in a similar role, especially in food and beverage.
- You will be accustomed to high volume and delivering high standards under pressure.
- You will motivate, educate, and inspire your team to deliver the best guest experience.
- A passion for service is essential.
- Ability to deal with customer queries efficiently and professionally.
