Job summary

Une entreprise dynamique recherche un Gestionnaire des Opérations Hôtelières pour superviser les opérations d'un hôtel en transition. Ce rôle essentiel implique de garantir la satisfaction des clients, de collaborer avec les chefs de département pour atteindre des objectifs de profit et de maintenir les normes de qualité. Le candidat idéal possède une forte expérience en hôtellerie, un bon bagage en restauration, et sera un leader positif au sein de l'équipe.

Qualifications

  • Expérience hôtelière requise, idéalement avec un solide background F&B.
  • Passion pour l'hospitalité et dévouement à la satisfaction des clients.
  • Capacité à analyser les résultats du P&L et à mettre en œuvre des plans d'action.

Responsibilities

  • Superviser les opérations hôtelières quotidiennes pour assurer la satisfaction des clients.
  • Collaborer avec les chefs de département pour surveiller les niveaux d'activité et gérer les coûts budgétés.
  • Assurer la conformité avec la législation en matière de santé et de sécurité.

As Hotel Operations Manager you will be part of the repositioning of the hotel to become a property offering varied services with a broad product offering that entices guests to stay and use the facilities within.
This role involves overseeing the day-to-day operational aspects of the hotel, ensuring guest satisfaction and smooth operations across all departments.
Plan and direct hotel operations to ensure quality, standards, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction.
Collaborate with Heads of Departments to monitor business levels and assist in managing budgeted costs.
Assist all departments in achieving revenue/profit targets.
Foster a positive team culture through effective communication and regular meetings.
Ensure compliance with legislation, including Health & Safety and Food Safety.
Support and lead the team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

The Person

You must have Hotel experience when applying for this Hotel Operations Manager role,preferably with a strong F&B background.
Passion for hospitality and dedication to guest satisfaction.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Ability to analyse P&L results and implement action plans.
