Job summary

Innkeeper's Collection is expanding its UK hotel estate and seeks a Hotel Openings Manager to lead acquisitions, conversions, remodels and new openings from concept to launch. You will own the operational mobilisation, manage milestones, and work with Brand, Operations and central teams to deliver guest-ready hotels on day one.

This 12-month fixed-term role demands strong hotel operations experience, excellent planning, and the ability to build high-performing opening teams.

Qualifications

• Significant hotel operations experience
• Excellent planning, organisation and project management skills
• Strong coaching and development capability
• Commercial awareness and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and drive initiatives

Responsibilities

• Leading hotel openings from concept to launch with operational mobilisation and milestone management
• Building high-performing opening teams and coordinating hiring plans
• Supporting opening, launch and stabilisation across projects
• Maintaining and improving standards across the estate with brand standards teams
