As a multi-skilled Nights Team Member, you will be required to work independently and oversee the hotel operations at night, including:

• Night auditing and reporting
• Checking guests in and out
• Addressing guest needs

This is a varied role—duties may include preparing drinks, making pizza, handling reservations, answering phones, cashiering, overseeing security and health and safety, or basic cleaning. Always aim to provide excellent guest service and ensure an exceptional stay.

You will work approximately 4-5 night shifts (22:00-06:00) per week, totaling 32-40 hours, with flexibility to cover weekends, bank holidays, and shifts due to sickness or holidays.

Qualifications

We seek someone with a bubbly personality, capable of working independently, multitasking, and handling pressure well. Basic IT skills and cashiering experience are desirable. Full training will be provided.
