Job Responsibility:

Hotel Night Receptionist required for busy budget family managed hotels near Kings Cross, WC1, London. We are looking for smartly presented individuals for long term, full time, and permanent employment in a busy environment.

We offer 12h night shifts, with usual shifts being 7pm-7am, 3 working days and 3 off. Candidates should be available and prepared to work any nights of the week.

Main job responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Guest Check-in, Check-out
  • Processing payments
  • Using Hotel Pms
  • Updating inventory using channel manager, dealing with direct sales
  • Building a professional and friendly relationship with all staff members
  • Helping with luggage and serving drinks if required
  • Reviewing future reservations
  • Being the first point of contact when it comes to customer's complaints
  • Dealing with emergencies
  • Must be flexible regarding working days
