Overview

Hotel Night Manager — Salary: £35,000 per annum.

Exciting job opportunity for the role of Night Manager at Hyatt Place London City East. Join the award-winning Cycas Hospitality team and become our latest Cycadette.

What You'll Do

• The Night Manager is the Manager on Duty and is responsible for all hotel operations during overnight shift hours, focusing on front office operations, night audit and hotel safety/security.
• Have a full understanding of all systems and programs.
• Oversee the nightly operations and assignments of the hotel night staff.
• Promote teamwork and quality service through daily communication and coordination with other shifts and departmental management.
• Ensure the team is developed to provide hospitable service in line with operating standards.
• Develop the team to anticipate guest needs, act upon and follow up guest requests, and deliver a level of service and responsiveness that generates compliments.
• Actively support other departments and assist as needed.

Guest Experience

• Establish and implement appropriate service recovery guidelines to ensure complete guest satisfaction. Respond to guests' complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.
• Communicate to appropriate departments all pertinent information requirements and special needs for arriving VIPs, large groups, and other key guests.
• Ensure that the operation runs smoothly from the guest perspective.

About You
