What you’ll do:

  • Lead and motivate our teamof Front of Houseand Housekeeping to ensure outstanding service and compliance with our brand standards

  • Work with the team to manage daily operations within the hotel, including the bar and kitchen, to keep us the UK’s number one

  • Understand the bigger picture and what really matters in your hotel to drive improvement and spot commercial opportunities

  • Ensure health and safety standards are met throughout the hotel and to maintainour high-quality standards

What you’ll need:

  • Previous management experience in the hospitality industry or similar environment where you led a team to success

  • Strong leadership skills with a passion for customer service

  • Excellent team management and communication skillswith a warm, genuine approach to people and a capacity to engender trust and win support at all levels

  • Commitment to safety and maintaininghigh standards of service
