Salary: £33,500 - £36,470

What you’ll do:
  • Lead and motivate our team of Front of House, Housekeeping, and Maintenance to ensure outstanding service and compliance with brand standards
  • Manage daily operations within the hotel, including the bar and kitchen, to keep us the UK’s number one
  • Understand the bigger picture and identify opportunities for improvement and commercial growth
  • Ensure health and safety standards are met and oversee food service operations to maintain high-quality standards
