Join a well-established hotel group as a Hotel Manager at the Marble Arch Hotel in London. With 692 stylish and spacious bedrooms, unique dining spaces, and 13 meeting rooms, join an exciting and vibrant team to help deliver an excellent guest experience.
What you’ll be doing

As the Hotel Manager, you will be at the forefront of our operations, responsible for ensuring that all aspects of the hotel meet our company's brand, product, and service standards. You will be a visible and relatable leader, dedicated to fostering a positive and inclusive atmosphere for both guests and team members. Your ability to connect with people will be essential as you work to develop their potential and empower them to deliver extraordinary service.
In this role, you will manage day-to-day operations while also focusing on financial performance and guest satisfaction. You will collaborate closely with various departments to ensure a seamless experience for every individual who walks through our doors. By actively promoting the hotel through strategic initiatives and working alongside the sales and revenue teams, you will drive profitability while maintaining our commitment to guest experience.
