Job Title: Hotel Manager

Premier Inn – Leeds South (Birstall) - 12 month Secondment

Salary: £30,200 - £32,000

As a Hotel Manager at the UK’s leading hotel brand, you’ll be taking our famous name to more guests, maintaining our unique culture with your team, and utilizing your management skills to ensure your hotel's success.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate our Front of House and Housekeeping teams to deliver outstanding service and adhere to brand standards.
  • Manage daily hotel operations, including bar and kitchen, to maintain the UK's number one status.
  • Drive improvements and identify commercial opportunities by understanding what matters most in your hotel.
  • Ensure health and safety standards are met throughout the hotel to uphold high-quality standards.
Requirements:
  • Previous management experience in hospitality or similar environment leading a team to success.
  • Strong leadership and customer service passion.
  • Excellent team management and communication skills, with a warm, genuine approach to people.
  • Commitment to safety and maintaining high standards of service.
