Job summary

Leonardo Royal Hotel Oxford is excited to invite graduates to its 18-month Management Development Programme. You will rotate across hotel operations, gaining broad exposure and reporting to a Deputy General Manager or Operations Manager, with the aim of securing a permanent management role by programme end.

The programme offers extensive development, dedicated mentorship from industry professionals, and a clear path for progression within a growing hospitality group.

Qualifications

• A passion for genuine hospitality.
• A proactive, positive and resilient attitude.
• A degree in Hotel/Leisure/Tourism or International Hospitality.
• Ideally, you will have previously worked in an operational role in Hotels, Leisure or Tourism.

Responsibilities

• Rotations across hotel departments during the programme.
• Mentored by the Deputy General Manager or Operations Manager.
• Aim to secure a permanent management role by the end of the programme.
