Job summary

easyHotel is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join the team in Oxford. This role focuses on ensuring all rooms meet high standards of décor and full functionality, supporting management in protecting the asset and maintaining the hotel building and fixtures.

The ideal candidate will have experience in building maintenance, be fluent in English, and able to work within an international brand that values value and service.

Qualifications

• Previous maintenance experience.
• Fluent in English.
• Must hold a valid Right to Work.

Responsibilities

• Ensure guests receive great service.
• Communicate effectively with team members and external contractors.
• Minimise the number of out-of-order rooms.
• Have solid experience in building maintenance in a similar service environment.
• Familiar with Planned Maintenance systems.
• Have an organised and systematic approach to workload.
• Experience with electrical, mechanical and plumbing work.
