DoubleTree by Hilton London Kensington is seeking a Maintenance Assistant to keep our four-star hotel running smoothly, from routine repairs to preventative maintenance. You’ll work on upgrading rooms, keeping facilities clean, safe, and in top condition, while supporting the team to deliver a great guest experience.

You’ll have at least one year of maintenance or repair experience, a high school diploma or Vocational training, and basic knowledge of plumbing and electrical systems.

Qualifications

• Must have at least one year of maintenance or repair experience.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing and electrical systems.
• Follows health and safety guidelines and reports incidents.

Responsabilités

• Repair or replace items around the hotel and refurbish items in guest rooms.
• Organise supplies and ensure equipment is ready for the next day.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness of areas inside and outside the hotel.
• Adhere to preventative maintenance calendar and improve efficiency.
• Be friendly with guests and keep supervisors informed of low-running supplies.
