Job summary

Malmaison Aberdeen is seeking a Maintenance Manager to oversee the general maintenance of the property, manage the maintenance team and ensure guest expectations are met during their stay.

You will allocate team responsibilities, maintain daily jobs and preventative schedules, liaise with contractors and uphold health and safety on site. This hands-on management role requires organisation and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Experience of working in a maintenance department of a similar quality hotel is required.
• Knowledge of electrics and health and safety are beneficial.
• Computer literacy is key for compliance and audit.

Responsibilities

• Allocate responsibilities to the maintenance team.
• Complete the daily jobs list and preventive maintenance schedules.
