Job summary

Malmaison Manchester is seeking a Maintenance Assistant to support daily operations on a busy hotel property in Deansgate. You will take responsibility for general maintenance, upkeep of facilities and help manage the maintenance team to ensure guest expectations are met during their stay.

You will complete the daily job list and preventative maintenance schedules with attention to detail, liaise with contractors, and uphold health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in a maintenance role within a hotel or similar environment.
• Knowledge of electrics and health & safety is beneficial.
• Must be organised with strong communication and attention to detail.
