The John Lewis Partnership is seeking a hospitality professional to provide consistently outstanding guest service in our hotel setting. You will engage guests at the bar and restaurant, share product knowledge, take orders, liaise with the kitchen, and uphold hygiene standards to ensure a superb guest experience.
Role involves varied full-time hours (37.5 per week) across seven days, with early starts, late finishes, evenings and weekends.
To provide consistently outstanding customer service as a warm and friendly Partner, excelling in both bar and restaurant operations, and flexibly supporting other hotel departments to ensure an unrivalled guest experience and contribute to the and profitable running of your hotel in order to achieve business and personal objectives, along with those of your team and the hotel.
Varied hours of full time work (37.5 hours) across seven days to include early starts, late finishes, evenings and weekends. Earliest start time 08:00, latest finish time 22:45
