Job summary

Premier Inn in Taunton East is recruiting a Kitchen Team Member. This role involves preparing ingredients, cooking meals for breakfast and dinner, and ensuring a clean, well-organised kitchen for smooth service.

You’ll work as part of a team, with 18 contracted hours per week, and a pay rate up to £13.06 per hour. This permanent position includes shifts in the evenings and weekends at 81 Bridgwater Road, Taunton.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients before service starts
• Cook and plate meals during breakfast and dinner service
• Help keep the kitchen clean, organised and ready for the next rush
• Receive deliveries and keep stock where it should be
• Work closely with the hotel team so service runs smoothly
• Help make sure every meal leaves the kitchen looking right
