Job summary

Whitbread is recruiting for a Kitchen Team Member at Premier Inn Stoke-On-Trent (Hanley). This role involves preparing ingredients, cooking and plating meals for breakfast and dinner service, and helping maintain a clean, orderly kitchen. You will work evenings and weekends as part of a busy team.

The position is a 24-hour per week contract, with a fixed term until January 31, 2027, and pay up to £13.06 per hour. Training and support are provided as you learn the role within Premier Inn.

Qualifications

• Reliable and able to work in a busy kitchen.
• Ability to work as part of a team to deliver meals.
• Basic food preparation and kitchen hygiene awareness.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients before service starts.
• Cook and plate meals during breakfast and dinner service.
• Help keep the kitchen clean, organised and ready for the next rush.
• Receive deliveries and keep stock where it should be.
• Work closely with the hotel team so service runs smoothly.
• Ensure every meal leaves the kitchen looking right.
