Premier Inn Haydock Park/M6 J23 is hiring a Kitchen Team Member. You will help prepare, cook and serve meals that guests enjoy, from breakfast before sunrise to dinner service, working as part of a busy hotel kitchen.

You'll join a team that values reliability and teamwork and provides training. The role offers a fixed-term contract until December 2026 with up to 20 hours per week and pay up to £13.06 per hour.

Kitchen Team Member –Haydock Park/M6 J23 Premier Inn

This isn't just about cooking.

You’ll help prepare, cook and serve meals that become part of someone's stay at Premier Inn because a good meal can make a great stay even better.

One minute you could be preparing breakfast before guests wake up. The next you'll be helping the team through a busy dinner service.

Pay, hours and location

Pay: Up to £13.06 per hour

Contract: Fixed Term Contract until December 2026 – we don't do zero-hours contracts.

Hours: 20 contracted hours per week.

Location: Yew Tree Way, Golbourne, Warrington, Cheshire, WA3 3JD

Shifts:Includes evenings, weekends and busy guest periods.

What you'll do

As a Kitchen Team Member you'll help make sure every guest gets a meal they'll enjoy. You'll:

• Prepare ingredients before service starts
• Cook and plate meals during breakfast and dinner service
• Help keep the kitchen clean, organised and ready for the next rush
• Receive deliveries and keep stock where it should be

This isn't a role where you'll spend your shift hidden in the back washing up.

You'll be part of a team that’s working together to deliver the meals our guests rely on.

You don't need hotel experience

Some of our best Kitchen Team Members joined us from supermarkets, cafés, pubs, restaurants, warehouses and customer service jobs.

If you're willing to learn, we'll teach you the rest.

You might have worked as a:

• Catering Assistant
• Barista
• Kitchen Porter
• Retail Assistant
• Warehouse Operative

This could be your first kitchen job or you may have worked in hospitality before.

What matters most is that you're reliable, enjoy working with others and don't mind rolling your sleeves up when things get busy.
