Job summary

Premier Inn is seeking a Kitchen Team Member at The Waterways, Birmingham Road, Stratford-upon-Avon. You’ll help prepare ingredients, cook meals for breakfast and dinner, and keep the kitchen clean and ready for the rush.

This permanent role offers 35 contracted hours per week with a competitive hourly rate of up to £13.06. You’ll join a team that supports each other and delivers great meals to guests, with shifts including evenings and weekends.

Kitchen Team Member – Premier Inn

Pay, hours and location

Pay: Up to £13.06 per hour

Contract: Permanent – we don’t do zero‑hours contracts.

Hours: 35 contracted hours per week.

Location: The Waterways, Birmingham Road, Stratford-Upon-Avon, Warwickshire, CV37 0AZ

Shifts: Includes evenings, weekends and busy guest periods.

What you’ll do

As a Kitchen Team Member you’ll help make sure every guest gets a meal they’ll enjoy. You’ll:

• Prepare ingredients before service starts
• Cook and plate meals during breakfast and dinner service
• Help keep the kitchen clean, organised and ready for the next rush
• Receive deliveries and keep stock where it should be
• Work closely with the hotel team so service runs smoothly
• Help make sure every meal leaves the kitchen looking right

This isn't a role where you’ll spend your shift hidden in the back washing up.

You’ll be part of a team that’s working together to deliver the meals our guests rely on.

You don’t need hotel experience

Some of our best Kitchen Team Members joined us from supermarkets, cafés, pubs, restaurants, warehouses and customer service jobs.

If you’re willing to learn, we’ll teach you the rest.

You might have worked as a:

• Catering Assistant
• Barista
• Kitchen Porter
• Retail Assistant
• Warehouse Operative

This could be your first kitchen job or you may have worked in hospitality before.

What matters most is that you're reliable, enjoy working with others and don’t mind rolling your sleeves up when things get busy.
