Job summary

Premier Inn is hiring a Kitchen Team Member to help prepare, cook and serve meals that guests enjoy during their stay. You’ll join a friendly team and see the results of your work at the end of each service.

This permanent role includes a guaranteed hours contract, training from day one, and opportunities to learn new skills across Premier Inn. You don’t need hotel experience—learning is part of the job, and teamwork matters most.

Qualifications

• No hotel experience required; people come from supermarkets, cafés, pubs, restaurants, warehouses, and customer service jobs.
• If you're willing to learn, we'll teach you the rest.

Kitchen Team Member – Premier Inn

One minute you could be preparing breakfast before guests wake up. The next you'll be helping the team through a busy dinner service.

Pay, hours and location

Pay: Up to £13.06 per hour

Contract:Permanent – we don't do zero-hours contracts.

Hours: 24 contracted hours per week.

Location: Kenilworth Road, Balsall Common, Berkswell, West Midlands, CV7 7EX

Shifts:Includes evenings, weekends and busy guest periods.

What you'll do

As a Kitchen Team Member you'll help make sure every guest gets a meal they'll enjoy. You'll:

• Prepare ingredients before service starts

You don't need hotel experience

If you're willing to learn, we'll teach you the rest.

You might have worked as a:

• Catering Assistant
• Barista
• Kitchen Porter
• Retail Assistant
• Warehouse Operative

This could be your first kitchen job or you may have worked in hospitality before.

What matters most is that you're reliable, enjoy working with others and don't mind rolling your sleeves up when things get busy.
