Job summary

Premier Inn Llantrisant is hiring a Kitchen Team Member to help prepare, cook and serve meals for guests. You’ll work as part of a busy team, manage breakfast and dinner service, and keep the kitchen clean and stocked for the next rush.

No hotel experience required—just reliability, a team mindset and willingness to learn. Permanent contract with guaranteed hours and opportunities to grow across Premier Inn.

Qualifications

Kitchen Team Member – LlantrisantPremier Inn

This isn’t just about cooking.

You’ll help prepare, cook and serve meals that become part of someone’s stay at Premier Inn because a good meal can make a great stay even better.

One minute you could be preparing breakfast before guests wake up. The next you’ll be helping the team through a busy dinner service.

Pay, hours and location

Pay: Up to £13.06 per hour

Contract: Permanent – we don’t do zero-hours contracts.

Hours: 30 contracted hours per week.

Location: Llantrisant Premier Inn - Magden park, Gwaun Elai, Llantrisant, Rhondda Cynon Taff, CF72 8UX

Shifts: Includes evenings, weekends and busy guest periods.

What you’ll do

As a Kitchen Team Member you’ll help make sure every guest gets a meal they’ll enjoy. You’ll:

• Barista
