Job summary

Premier Inn Farnham is looking for a Kitchen Team Member to help prepare, cook and serve meals that guests rely on during their stay. You could be making breakfast before guests wake, then supporting a busy dinner service.

This role is 10 contracted hours per week at up to £13.56 per hour, with a fixed-term contract until 19 November 2026. Shifts include evenings and weekends, and you’ll work closely with the hotel team to keep the kitchen running smoothly.

You’ll help prepare, cook and serve meals that become part of someone’s stay at Premier Inn because a good meal can make a great stay even better. One minute you could be preparing breakfast before guests wake up. The next you’ll be helping the team through a busy dinner service. If you enjoy working as part of a team and seeing the results of your work straight away, this could be the role for you.

Pay, hours and location

• Pay: Up to £13.56 per hour
• Contract: Fixed-term contract until 19/11/2026 - we don't do zero-hours contracts.
• Hours: 10 contracted hours per week.
• Location: Farnham Premier Inn - Guildford Road, Farnham, GU9 9QJ
• Shifts: Includes evenings, weekends and busy guest periods.

You Don’t Need Hotel Experience

Some of our best Kitchen Team Members joined us from supermarkets, cafés, pubs, restaurants, warehouses and customer service jobs.

If you’re willing to learn, we’ll teach you the rest.

This could be your first kitchen job or you may have worked in hospitality before. What matters most is that you're reliable, enjoy working with others and don’t mind rolling your sleeves up when things get busy.
