Job summary

Premier Inn in Bolton is hiring a Kitchen Team Member to help prepare, cook and serve meals as part of guest stays. You’ll assist with breakfast and dinner service, keep the kitchen clean and stocked, and work with hotel staff to ensure smooth service.

This role is suitable for those without hotel kitchen experience and offers a permanent contract with guaranteed hours and training from day one. You’ll have opportunities to grow within Premier Inn.

Kitchen Team Member – Bolton (Stadium/Arena) Premier Inn

This isn't just about cooking.

You’ll help prepare, cook and serve meals that become part of someone’s stay at Premier Inn because a good meal can make a great stay even better.

One minute you could be preparing breakfast before guests wake up. The next you'll be helping the team through a busy dinner service.

Pay, hours and location

Pay: Up to £13.06 per hour

Contract: Permanent - we don't do zero-hours contracts.

Hours: 18 contracted hours per week.

Location: Arena Approach 3, Horwich, Bolton, BL6 6LB

Shifts: Includes evenings, weekends and busy guest periods.

What you'll do

As a Kitchen Team Member you'll help make sure every guest gets a meal they'll enjoy. You'll:

• Prepare ingredients before service starts

This isn't a role where you'll spend your shift hidden in the back washing up.

You'll be part of a team that's working together to deliver the meals our guests rely on.

You don't need hotel experience

Some of our best Kitchen Team Members joined us from supermarkets, cafés, pubs, restaurants, warehouses and customer service jobs.

If you're willing to learn, we'll teach you the rest.

You might have worked as a:

• Catering Assistant
• Barista
• Kitchen Porter
• Retail Assistant
• Warehouse Operative

This could be your first kitchen job or you may have worked in hospitality before.

What matters most is that you're reliable, enjoy working with others and don't mind rolling your sleeves up when things get busy.
