Whitbread is hiring a Kitchen Team Member for the Bognor Regis (Seafront) Premier Inn. This 16-hour-per-week role offers pay up to £13.06 per hour and permanent contract type. You’ll assist in breakfast and dinner service, prep ingredients, help with stock, and ensure meals are presented well.
No hotel experience is required; full training will be provided, and you’ll be part of a supportive team in a busy kitchen environment.
We're currently recruiting in our Bognor Regis (Seafront) Premier Inn. Working 16 hours per week, paying up to £13.06 per hour.
You’ll help prepare, cook and serve meals that become part of someone’s stay at Premier Inn because a good meal can make a great stay even better. One minute you could be preparing breakfast before guests wake up. The next you’ll be helping the team through a busy dinner service. If you enjoy working as part of a team and seeing the results of your work straight away, this could be the role for you.
Pay: Up to £13.06 per hour
Contract: Permanent – we don’t do zero‑hours contracts.
Hours: 16 contracted hours per week.
Location: Bognor Regis (Seafront) Premier Inn, Clarence Road, Bognor Regis, West Sussex, PO22 1LD
Shifts: Includes evenings, weekends and busy guest periods.
This isn’t a role where you’ll spend your shift hidden in the back washing up.
You’ll be part of a team that’s working together to deliver the meals our guests rely on.
Some of our best Kitchen Team Members joined us from supermarkets, cafés, pubs, restaurants, warehouses and customer service jobs. If you’re willing to learn, we’ll teach you the rest.
This could be your first kitchen job or you may have worked in hospitality before. What matters most is that you’re reliable, enjoy working with others and don’t mind rolling your sleeves up when things get busy.
Here you’ll learn far more than how to cook. You’ll build kitchen skills, food safety knowledge and confidence working in a team. Some people stay because they love the team. Others use the experience to move into other parts of Premier Inn. However far you want to go, we’ll help you get there.
We’d love to hear from you.
