Kitchen Team Leader – Leeds / Bradford Airport

Join our team at Premier Inn Leeds / Bradford Airport as a Kitchen Team Leader and advance your Chef career.

You’ll manage the kitchen daily – overseeing rotas, food orders, leading busy service teams, and maintaining audit standards. Working closely with your Hotel Manager, you’ll take full ownership of food quality and hygiene. This hands-on leadership role is ideal for those aspiring to become a Head Chef.

PAY RATE:

Up to £13.81 per hour

HOURS:

32 hours per week across 5 days, including evenings and weekends, with guaranteed hours to help plan your week.

What you'll do:

  • Manage food ordering, stock control, and food costs across the hotel.
  • Lead during service, organizing the team and workflow to ensure smooth operations.
  • Cook and serve menu items to standard, from breakfast to pub classics.
  • Ensure health, safety, and hygiene standards are met, maintaining team training and records.
  • Run shifts and support new team members.
  • Learn kitchen management skills to progress into more senior roles.
