Job summary

Premier Inn London Hampstead, part of Whitbread, invites applications for a Kitchen Team Leader. The role is based in London Hampstead, offering 37.5 hours per week and a pay rate of up to £16.31 per hour. You will lead the kitchen, manage rotas, place orders and drive standards across food quality and hygiene.

You’ll work closely with the Hotel Manager to own day-to-day kitchen operations and develop skills toward Head Chef levels within Whitbread’s UK hospitality business.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a kitchen team and managing rotas.
• Experience placing food orders and controlling stock.
• Ability to keep food costs on track and under control.
• Strong focus on health, safety and hygiene standards.
• Willingness to grow into senior kitchen roles.

Kitchen Team Leader - London Hampstead - Premier Inn

Join our team at Premier Inn London Hampstead as a Kitchen Team Leader and move your Chef career forward. You'll run the kitchen day to day - managing rotas, placing food orders, leading the team through busy services, and keeping everything audit-ready. Working closely with your Hotel Manager, you'll take full ownership of the kitchen - from food quality to hygiene.
